All events incur a $150 Maintenance fee (Table and chair setup, cleaning and room reset)
Mon - Friday 10am-4pm : $450 + $150 maintenance fee = $600
Saturday & Sunday 10am - 4pm: $650+ $150 maintenance fee = $800
(Use this time block however you like- we open the door at 10AM and return to close up at 4PM)
Friday Night 5:30pm-11pm: $750+ $150 maintenance fee = $900
Saturday Night 5:30pm-11pm: $995 + $150 maintenance fee = $1145
Sunday Night 5:30pm-11pm: $675+ $150 maintenance fee = $825
(Use this time block however you like - we open the door at 5:30PM and return to close up at 11PM)​

*All Events have a refundable Damage Deposit of $200, due the day of your event, and returned after your event provided all rules are followed.

**All WEDDINGS must book a full day 10am to 11pm for $1800, regardless of size

Additional hour for set up is available for $100 (if available). Additional hour at end of party is available for $150/hr (must be reserved in advance)

Attached courtyard with greenwall available for use. Tables and chairs can be brought into courtyard for an additional fee, weather permitting.

Gold and silver centerpiece options are available to include with the venue rental for only $14 per table. These will be set up and ready to go = Less on your plate!

The Loft does not supply any food, drinks, ice, servers, staff, or catering supplies/equipment.
